These terms cover the Analytics Power Hour Librarian (the "service"), including its plugin, connector, and custom GPT. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Michael Helbling, a co-host of the Analytics Power Hour, provides the service for the show, free of charge. It can change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Podcast content

The transcripts and other episode content that the service returns are copyrighted by Analytics Power Hour. All rights are reserved. You may quote them for personal, non-commercial reference, with attribution to the episode. You may not bulk-download, scrape, or republish transcripts, or use the service to build datasets or train AI models, without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service in a way that disrupts it or burdens it for others. That includes getting around its rate limits and sending automated traffic beyond normal use through an AI assistant.

Accuracy

Transcripts can contain transcription errors, and AI assistants can misread or misquote them. Check the episode at the quoted timestamp before relying on exact wording.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, neither Michael Helbling nor the Analytics Power Hour is liable for any damages arising from its use.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
